At Lara Louise Designs, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy for both dress rentals and clothing or accessories purchases.

Dress Rentals

Courier Services
- Courier services for the delivery and return of rental dresses are available for a fee of R240 (R120 each way).
- Clients must select this option when booking their rental.
Personal Collection and Return
- Clients who opt for the R0 courier option are responsible for personally picking up and returning their rented dresses.
Return Requirements
- All rented dresses must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Dresses must be returned within three days of the event to avoid late fees.
Courier Process for Returns
- Clients using courier services for returns should ensure the dresses are properly packed to prevent additional damage.

Clothing and Accessories

Shipping Costs
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs when returning items remotely. Items should be sent to:
  Lara Louise Designs, 7 Bird Street, Stellenbosch.
Remote Returns for Damaged Items
- If a damaged item is approved for refund or exchange, the replacement will be couriered back at no cost to the client.
Shipping Requirements
- All returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Courier and Return Process
- Clients returning items remotely must email photographs of the damaged items to info@laralouisedesigns.com before shipping them.
- Upon inspection and approval, the item will be replaced or refunded, and the return courier fee will be waived.

General Shipping Information

All couriered items should be handled with care to ensure they are secure and protected during transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a verified quality issue caused by Lara Louise Designs.
