How does the dress rental process work?

Browse our rental collection online, open the dress you love and book the dates of your event with Book Your Time (3 to 7 days, including the day of your event). You don’t need to book extra days for delivery: we courier your dress from our Stellenbosch studio so it arrives 1–2 days before your event (R260 courier), or you can collect it in Stellenbosch the day before. Wear it, enjoy it, and send it back the day after your event. We take care of the cleaning.

Can I rent a dress that I've designed myself?

Yes! You can design your own dress, and we'll create it for you. After it's made, you have the option to rent it for special occasions. Simply provide us with the design and your measurements, and we'll handle the rest.

What is the rental period for dresses?

Our standard rental period is typically 3 to 7 days, depending on your needs. If you require the dress for a longer period, please contact us to discuss your options, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if I need to cancel my rental?

You can cancel your rental. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Please refer to our cancellation policy for specific details.
